Chris Brown Rihanna Tmz

Are They Actually Naked Photos of Rihanna?Pop star Rihanna just can't seem to catch a break these days. Once she put Chris Brown behind her, one would think things would be looking up for the beautiful young singing sensation. But misery loves company, as they say, and on the heels of her fight with Chris Brown, his arrest, the leaking of her assault evidence photo, the public outcry against Brown, the public outcry against Rihanna when she was seen in Brown's company again, the "taking a break from each other" break-up, and Chris Brown's nonchalant parading around not only with other women but as if nothing had happened, some naked photos of Rihanna have surfaced on the internet.

Hollyscoop and other websites ran with the naked photos as soon as they got them (of course). They surfaced under the tag line "Young Turk" in an ImageHaven gallery. It has been conjectured that Chris Brown may have purposely "leaked" the naked pictures of his former girlfriend in retaliation for his legal troubles stemming from an altercation between himself and Rihanna on February 8. Brown, who was charged with felony assault and making criminal threats, pleaded not guilty at his arraignment on April 6. His attorney, Mark Geragos, has asked for evidentiary photos of Rihanna taken on that night by the Los Angeles Police of wounds suffered from the alleged abuse. Geragos has also asked for all information, statements and anything pertaining to the photo and the "leak," attempting to use it as an attack on the credibility of the LAPD in his efforts to exonerate his client.

Interestingly enough, interspersed with facial shot pictures of Rihanna (?) are naked body shots which may or may not be Rihanna. Where she appears naked in two photos (three if one counts the hip shot), there is no way to determine to whom the naked body actually belongs. Thrown in with the other pictures, the naked pictures undoubtedly are meant to be construed as being of the singer. A picture of Chris Brown with a pink something on his head (garter? Panties?) is also thrown into the set, possibly to convey authenticity.

Island Def Jam Music Group, Rihanna's record label, has sent at least one letter to one website that published the photos, according to TMZ. The missive states that the "unauthorized photos purported to be...Rihanna" should be removed from the site immediately, because they are a violation of "the Artist's rights." TMZ points out that Def Jam did not acknowledge whether the photos, the naked pictures or the photos of the person who resembles Rihanna, were indeed photos of Rihanna.

But the photos, according to various sources, were private and in the possession of only two people: Rihanna and Chris Brown.

Which literally begs the question: Did Chris Brown intentionally "leak" the naked pictures to try to embarrass his former girlfriend? Not that he hasn't already done enough in that department, but what would he gain from it besides a little pleasure at seeing Rihanna humiliated?

There doesn't seem to be any reason to believe that Rihanna "leaked" the photos, but one never really knows...

Or perhaps someone's computer got hacked and the naked photos were taken from a pictures file. That is how Adrienne Bailon and Cassie seemed to have found some titillating photos of their uncovered bodies on the internet...
